The Kailua Homes neighborhood is vast ranging from Semi-Luxury to Luxury. It is quietly located on the Windward side of Oahu where it is both wetter and lusher than the drier Leeward side. Kailua has a real beach town feel to with a plethora of shopping and dining options along with having some of the most beautiful stretch of beaches on Oahu protected by outer reefs making the ocean here the calmest on Oahu (very little or no surf).
